The 5-foot-7 Beyonce who weighed 195 pounds while pregnant, lost 65 pounds shortly afterward by following a strict diet and working out several days a week. She has since lost more weight. Borges said Beyonce's go-to snacks are 22 Days Nutrition Bars . "Her favorite flavors are Peanut Chocolate-Chip Nirvana, Cherry Chocolate Bliss and Pineapple Chocolate-Chip Wonder," he said.
